As I’ve mentioned before the past year has been stressful due to the intensity of my program. I’m one of those people who gain weight when I’m stressed out, well that’s exaclty what happened to me. I gained quite a few lbs and now that I’m also done with this program, I’m determined to get back in shape. I’ve been working out and recently started the ketogenic diet.

I recently went on a mini vacation in down south FL and had a blast. The best thing about the trip was that I didn’t have to buy any new clothes which I usually do for any other trips. I used what I had and slayed throughout my mini vaca without breaking the bank.

This post is simply about the day I went to the beach. I stayed at a hotel located in front of the ocean so I decided to have a mini shoot there. I paired a bandage bathing suit with a cover up that I got over a year ago. It was windy and that definitely worked on my favor. I didn’t actually get in the water to swim but I sure enjoy just being on the sand, listening to the sound of the ocean and getting my feet wet by the waves.

Where Have I Been?

I know it’s been months and it seems as if I anbandonned my lovely site. The reality is that in life things happen and the best way to get back on track is to stop, refuel, then get back up.. So that’s what I did.

Life has been good, everything is back in place and I can’t wait to share more contents with you guys. I hope that you all have been well.

I celebrated another birthday, December 26, and It was by far my best birthday. As previously stated, I love birthdays! They only come once a year and should always be special. The weekend before my birthday, I spent time with some of my closest friends with good food and music. The actual day of my birthday was filled with surprises planned by my bf which ended with dinner. I’m thankful for another year, thankful for such wonderful people in my life.
